To participate in the Port Hacking Putters Regatta you will need to agree to the following conditions on entry outlined in the registration form.

1. Photographs may be taken of my vessel and crew for promotional purposes. It is a condition of your registration that photographs of your boat and occupants can be used for this purpose.
2. I understand that participating in the Port Hacking Putters Regatta (the Event) involves boating on waterways used by other people and boats, and I am aware of the hazards involved. The hazards include, but are not limited to, condition of participant’s boat, equipment, moorings, wharves, boat ramps, carparks, and actions of participants, spectators, organiser’s personnel and weather conditions. In my judgement I have sufficient competence and experience to participate safely.
3. WAIVER, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, next of kin and assign as follows: From any and all liability for death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, and all other foreseeable risks or claims or actions of any kind, whatever and however occurring, which I at any time had or have as a result of or in connection with, directly or directly, my participation in and travelling to and from the Event, the following persons or entities: Event organisers; Event Sponsors; volunteers; community organisations; and all State, Federal and Local Government authorities in which the Event may be staged and their (its) respective officers, directors, employees, independent contractors, representatives, agents and volunteers.
4. INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the persons or entities mentioned in the point above from any and all liabilities, claims or actions whatever or however caused, arising as a result of or in connection with, directly or indirectly, my participation in and travelling to or from this Event.
5. I agree that I enter the above mentioned vessel in the Event voluntarily, and that I am responsible for the control, safety and insurance of that vessel and also for the safety of all persons aboard for the duration of the Event. I also agree to adhere to all NSW Maritime requirements for vessels on inshore waters and any safety conditions required by the organisers including directions by their safety officer and event support team.
