• The event date is approved for Sunday February 9

• Meet at Hungy Point from 8:30am for a 9am start

• Pre event check in will be held at the RMYC on Thursday 6/2/25 from 6:30-7:30pm with a 7pm briefing.

• Weather cancellations will be announced at the pre event check in
